Return Policy

At The Nova Body, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thenovabody@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the product. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund promptly.

Exchanges:
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
